Ever felt a moment that was just perfect? I can't tell you how much I love these moments in life. I noticed that they sneak up on me on an average day, when my family and I are in the car and the sun is shining through the window, or when we're all sitting on the couch watching a movie together.
This is why I love photography. It eternalizes the everyday perfect moment. Believe it or not, an image captures everything: the people, the surroundings, the emotions, the visible and the hidden. Capturing an image is like storing a fragment of life inside a box and taking a peek every once in a while to re-experience it. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is incredible.
I am not going to lie, I am completely self-taught. Photography, Photoshop, Photo Packaging (and more words that begin with the letter P) all on my own. What's more is that I have only been in the photography business since 2010. Since then I have worked with companies like Toni&Guy, Yoga Tree and LeFarm Cosmetics and my work has also been featured on magazines such as The North Toronto Post. Despite working with these large companies what I really love doing is photographing children, teens and families. I love interacting with people, bringing out the best in them, and capturing a slice of their life. To me, the everyday moments are most important, and feel privileged that I have the ability to immortalize them.
